"Tanya Rodriguez Agency does care about customer service. Had an issue with billing which I received false information on from Tabitha on 6/30/2025. Reworked policy and the 1st month payment was fine and then the following month payment went up $60. Was told it was our fault because we did not sign a form which Tabitha assured me no new signed documentation was needed. Agency didn't seem the care and refused to credit our policy for that month. Be careful to anyone needing a policy with this agency. They don't care. They just want your money"

I paid 4 years of full coverage and when there was an incident with my Jeep they did everything they could to not cover a thing. I got 2 different estimates for 2 different places and they still didn't want to cover it. They also refused to send out an adjuster to see it even though I requested one every time I spoke with someone. I do not recommend them and I will never come back to them for any insurance coverage again."
